Shipping

All orders are dispatched by DHL and should be delivered within 3 to 8 working days. Please bear in mind that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item(s) to reach you may vary. 

Our fulfilment team works from Monday to Friday and we do our best to get things picked, packed, and dispatched as quickly as we can. 

We work through orders chronologically and usually dispatch within 4 working days. 

During our promotional periods these turnaround times can increase so if you need us to prioritise your order, please do let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our very best to expedite the process. 

 
US 
- FREE on all orders over $75.00 USD
- $8.50 for orders under $75.00 USD

Canada 
- FREE on all orders over $110.00 USD
- $25.00 for orders under  $110.00 USD

 We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within a reasonable time frame, but some deliveries to Canada may be delayed due to local government restrictions. 

For a smoother shopping experience taxes and duties, where applicable, will be detailed at checkout and you should not be liable for any other fees upon delivery. If for any reason you are contacted by DHL requesting additional payment, please contact our Customer Happiness team for support.
