Return / Refund Policy

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 90 days. If your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it then you will be entitled to a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that you have been reimbursed to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about returns and refunds please contact: team.usa@pigletinbed.com.



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: team.usa@pigletinbed.com

For US customers please reach out to us at team.usa@pigletinbed.com to receive your pre-paid return shipping label. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return shipping for orders from outside of the United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

As the products from our Piglet x WoolOvers collaboration are dispatched directly from WoolOvers HQ in the UK, returns are exchanges need to be sent directly back to them and their returns policy will apply. Please note that unlike with our usual products, the cost of returning products from the WoolOvers collaboration will need to be covered by the customer.
