Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 90 days. If your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it then you will be entitled to a refund. However we do not accept returns on monogrammed items, liquids, or sealed items such as bath salts. Otherwise we can offer you a free return.

Unfortunately we're not currently able to offer free returns to customers outside of the US.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within 8 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: team.usa@pigletinbed.com
