Please take the time to read the following information carefully
We accept the return of almost everything we sell. Providing your item is unwashed, unused or unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, you're welcome to return it for a full refund or for store credit, up to 90 days from the date that you placed the order.
What can't be returned?
We can't accept returns for items bought outside that 90-day window. For obvious reasons, we also can't accept the return of monogrammed items, liquids, candles, soaps, or sealed items such as bath salts.
How does it work?
For customers based in the US*, sending back your items is free with Happy Returns. You just need to click on the link below, follow the simple instructions and then head to one of over 9000 Happy Returns locations, where you can drop off your items (no packaging required).

For customers choosing not to use one of Happy Returns' drop-off locations, you can use the portal to generate a label in order to send the items back to us. (Please note, this costs $10, which will be deducted from your refund.)

*Customers in Hawaii and Alaska, where Happy Returns doesn't currently operate, will need to use the Happy Returns portal to register the return and then reach out to our Customer Happiness team (team.usa@pigletinbed.com) for a free shipping label.

Refunds and Store Credit
Refunds
Once your item(s) has been inspected and accepted at the drop-off location, your refund will be processed immediately.
The time it will then take for the funds to reach you will depend on your payment method and the bank/card provider you used. PayPal refunds can arrive within minutes, whilst most banks and credit cards can take between 1 and 5 business days to process a refund.
Store credit
Once your item(s) has been inspected and accepted at the drop-off location, your store credit code will be emailed to you immediately.
