Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Our referral program lets you share the joy of timeless, playful bedding and homewares, and earn a little thank-you when your friends fall in love with our products too. By taking part, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This program is powered by our trusted partner Loyoly.

2. How It Works

• As an existing Piglet in Bed customer (the Referrer), you can invite friends who haven’t purchased from us before (the Referees) to join our community.
• Each friend you refer will receive £15 off their first order of £65 or more.
• Once your friend completes their qualifying purchase, you’ll receive £15 off your next order over £65 as a thank-you.

Both rewards are issued as unique referral codes, managed via Loyoly.

3. Eligibility

• Referrers must have made at least one prior purchase.
• Referees must be new customers (i.e. they have not previously placed an order with Piglet in Bed).
• Only one referral reward may be earned per referred friend.

4. Issuing and Using Rewards

• Rewards will be delivered via email once your friend’s purchase is confirmed.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Referral discounts are valid for 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• If a referred friend cancels or returns their purchase, the corresponding referral reward may be revoked.

5. Fair Use

Our referral program is intended for personal sharing with friends and family.
Posting your referral link on coupon or discount-sharing websites, or any other form of public distribution, is not permitted.

Piglet in Bed reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel rewards if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms

6. Changes to the Program

We may update or withdraw this referral offer at any time, with or without notice.

7. Data Protection

Participation in the program involves sharing limited personal data (such as your name, email address, and referral activity) with our referral partner Loyoly, solely for the purpose of administering the program.
