Nothing says effortless summer hosting quite like a beautiful, colorful board you can throw together in minutes. Whether you’re hosting an alfresco lunch, a sunset picnic, or casual drinks with friends, this gingham grazing feta board is the ultimate showstopper.
Ingredients:
Block feta cheese
Fresh produce - we chose blackberries and olives, but watermelon or berries would work well
Fresh mint or basil leaves
Honey, balsamic glaze, or olive oil for drizzling (or all three!)
Crackers or crusty bread, for serving
Method:
Cut the block of feta into large cubes and arrange on a large wooden board or platter.
Neatly place cubes of fruit or olives next to the feta, alternating in a checkerboard pattern.
Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze for a touch of sweetness and serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread. Enjoy!
