Who doesn’t love breakfast in bed?

There are some mornings when a lie-in is truly needed and deserved. Taking a pause and embracing that need for comfort and slowness is so important. Here are some of our favourite elements for bringing together a cosy breakfast in bed.


Hot water and lemon- hydrating and cleansing.


Fruit plate- bright, fresh and full of goodness.


A stack of books and a journal. Write down some thoughts or read a couple of chapters. It will distract you from reaching for your phone and we could all do with a bit of tech detox.


A refreshing blueberry smoothie which is energy-boosting and full of antioxidants. Our favourite recipe is 1/2 of frozen banana, a handful of blueberries, 1 cup of oat milk, 1 tbsp of nut butter, 1 date, 1 tbsp chia seeds and simply blend and top with coconut flakes.


And finally something a little more indulgent such as toasted brioche with butter, honey and cinnamon.

You know it's going to be a good day if this is how it starts!
